Trying to Keep Up, Part Five

While riding on the back of Mommy's bike Wednesday night:

Here we go! BUMP! Down the driveway! Round the circle, fast, Mommy! Wheeeeeee!

Mommy! Do you see the moon? It's full, like the sun! But it's not the sun, Mommy. The sun is the sun and the moon is the moon. I'm so silly, Mommy! (lots of giggling ensues, repeating over and over that the sun is the sun and the moon is the moon, with more giggling).

Turn left, Mommy! Go fast fast like Lightning McQueen, Mommy! Turn right, Mommy!

Oh, look! A boy and his Daddy are riding their bikes! HI, BOY! HI, BOY'S DADDY! Mommy, why did that boy say a baby was riding on his Mommy's bike? I'm not a baby! I'm a BIG BOY!

Turn left again, Mommy! Oh! There's the big full moon again, Mommy! It looks gold, Mommy. Is the moon gold, Mommy? You're so silly, Mommy. The moon's not made of CHEESE! (Cue more giggling, and repeating of the moon and the cheese and the giggling and things).

Turn right, Mommy! Go fast, Mommy!

There goes our street! Why did you pass our street, Mommy? Where are we going, Mommy?

There's lots of bumps in the road, Mommy. Why are there bumps? I don't like the bumps.

There's our house! BUMP! Up the driveway! Why are you breathing so hard, Mommy?
