Anthony: Ridin' in the car, goin' to Nana's. I have my dinosaurs and Gorilla mountain!
Me (thinking to myself): Can't believe Daddy let him bring all of that!
Anthony: Aaannnd, I have two books! I sneaked those in. Daddy said I couldn't bring those, too, but when he was putting Ben in the car I sneaked them in!
Me: Why did you bring the books if Daddy told you not to?
Anthony: Cuz it's been a loooong time since I read them and I wanted Grandpa to see them.
Me: What books are they, Anthony?
Anthony (mumbling because he knows he's been caught): The books we read yesterday morning.

Hey - it's all relative. Yesterday morning isn't a long time to you - but you're like a million years old. When you're 5-1/2, then yesterday morning was a REALLY long time.
