So Snuggly

Anthony had a great time at my parents' house today; two of his cousins were there, and the three of them played almost non-stop for about four hours. They were all really good together, too. They dyed Easter eggs, had an Easter egg hunts, played T-ball, blew was this four-year-old's happiest day!

Of course, with all of that fun came a missed nap. He got about an hour this evening (5:30-6:30), but I know it wasn't enough for all the energy he used up. So while he and Mark watched Clifford and Piggley Winks tonight, they snuggled up on the couch.

Anthony sat up near the end of Piggley Winks and looked at Mark. "I love you, Daddy!"

And that is what makes being a mom so awesome. Seeing a sweet moment like that.

Happy Easter!

It was so much fun watching the little ones, but towards the end of the afternoon, all of them needed naps. But it was worth it, for the adults as well as the 3 little ones--Anthony, Grace and Haileigh.

Thank you for thinking of Haileigh and Grace with the egg dying and egg hunt. I know how hard it is to be a pregnant working mom, and I can't even imagine how hard it is to be a pregnant working mom of a 4 year old! They had so much fun thanks to your for a job well done:) I appreciate your family now that mine is so far away.
