Louisiana

Anthony has been learning about Louisiana in his class at day care this past month. Tonight on the way to visit Maw Maw and Paw Paw, Anthony saw a bill board with pelicans on it.

"Look, Mommy! Pelicans! That's the state bird!" I was just so impressed! And then from the back seat, while waving his precious George around: "And George is the state monkey!"

Um. OK!

All else is quiet. We have a good weekend planned. Uncle Matt will be in town on Sunday, so Anthony will get to see him (as will we) and Anthony is just too excited. It's all he can talk about. We'll probably try to make it to the pool sometime this weekend, too.

Anthony will have labs on Monday morning, as he does every other month. I'm anxious to see how he does with this draw since Mark will be taking him now. Nana will meet Mark at the lab, so maybe that will help...but Anthony really dislikes change. Maybe he'll surprise me and not fuss as much with me not being there.

Love to you all!

My goodness! These little ones have a college education before they are five. Of course, they are not all as smart as Anthony. If Anthony's friend's mothers read this, I am sure their little ones are just as smart.
