Two New and VERY Exciting Things to Tell You About

1st VERY Exciting Thing: I have a job! I have been offered a job in the Blood Banking department of the hospital where I have done my rotations! This hospital has two locations, and I will work at both locations. The Blood Bank departments are in need of someone full-time to help fill in the gaps in the day shifts. When someone at one location has the day off, I will work for them. There are enough employees who have days off for me to fill in for. I'm so excited that this offer was made to me! I will start in January!

2nd and Much MORE Exciting Thing: I AM PREGNANT! I was going to wait until the first trimester was over to break the news publicly, but the news is out to so many people, and I just didn't want to hold it in any longer. I am only about 6-1/2 to 7 weeks pregnant and haven't even had my first doctor's appointment. Please keep me and the new baby in your prayers. I feel fine, which actually worries me. I had morning sickness so much with Anthony, so not being sick makes me nervous! :) I'm so afraid of miscarrying (there's no reason I would, but still...), so please pray that this baby is viable and growing! (Sorry, Mom....I couldn't hold this in any longer! :) )

Oh Congratulations Laurie! I couldn't help but smile when I read this post. Congratulations on the new job; sounds perfect. And congratulations on the new baby. I will pray for a healthy and uneventful pregnancy and delivery. Anthony is going to be perfect big brother!

YAYYYYYYYY! We're so excited for you!

Don't worry too much about the pregnancy symptoms not being the same. From my extensive research on pregnancy while I was pregnant, I learned that every pregnancy is different - even with the same mother.

Can't wait to see y'all again.

What awesome news! All around!

I'm so happy you've found exactly the job you were looking for, and (of course) jealous that you're out of school, while I'm just beginning. Well, OK, it's a little bit fun for me, but you know how hard it is to switch up life-roles all the time.

I was far more sick with Anni (1st) than Frankie (2nd), so I'm hoping that's all it is with you, too. Good vibes and good health to you *all*

Congrats on the Job and the pregnancy!!!!!!!

I was sick as a dog with Mary, a little better with Anna, and just a little with Alex. With Anna it didn't start until the middle of the third month, which really surprised me. I thought I wasn't going to get sick at all!
